Run Operating System Command

Hi,

I need to run an Operating System Command to connect to an AS400 system adding like this:

quote CRTP FILE(PI/VBI%counter%) RCDLEN(123) SIZE(*NOMAX) TEXT(%f)

Where counter is a varaible that I should take from the payload.

I am having and error as it seems that I can not take this value from payload.

Could anyone help me to know how can I add this variable in the command?

hi,

If you write a Variable Substitution then the value will be write into output file...

In communication channel Run after message processing under write your OS comment line

(Collecting counter value in the output file) according to your requirement...
