Change of Super Functional Location

Hi experts,

If we change the super Functional Location of any location will it put any impact on the system????

any discripencies will occur or not??????? can anyone guide.

if you change the superior functional location then the sub functional location and equipment installed will also get affected

hi

yes it is automatically transfered to the sub equipments and Fl's (But not all the fields),unless it is installed .since you can find while creating the FL of second hierarchy level some data pretaining to first hierarchy will get copied to the second level automatically
