Hi VICTOR,

Are you getting the application on the Mobile client.

Kindly check the queues are blocked, if Yes release them.

SMQ2 is the transaction.

Cheers,

Karthick

Hi Victor,

Check your distribution rule:

If the rule is active, try deactivating and re-activating the rule

If the rule is inactive, activate the rule.

Rule activation is done by going to Administration->Rule Administration.

In the documentation link mentioned above, go to the Troubleshooting section -> Problem Analysis Scenarios -> Extract Related Problems & Application Assignment problem.

Thanks and Regards,

Wenonah

Hi Victor,

1. Please explain your bulk rule.

-- try to send us the snapshot(image) of the distribution model / bulk rule.

2. Please send a snapshot of the following operation:

a. Execute sdoe_wb

b. navigate and right-clik on the swcv : FV_BAPPI , 1 of SAEZ

c. select view/show meta-data

Hi Victor,

Please let us know if we can access your system .

Else, we need to have the following screenshots ( sorry, this is irritating).

Please send a snapshot of the following operation:

1. Distribution Model :

a. Execute sdoe_wb

b. navigate and right-clik on the swcv : FV_BAPPI , 1 of SAEZ

c. select view/show meta-data

d. Change teh Tab to Distribution Model.

If there are 0 Entries in the table . There is no way data transmits to the devices.

2. Distribution Rule

1. Navigate to the Distribution Rule Administration

a. Search for the FV_BAPPI, 1 of SAEZ SWCV

b. Ensure the screenshot has the Rule in Enabled/Disable mode displayed.

3a. SMQ2

1. Navigate to SMQ2 Transaction

a. Send us the Screenshot of this Transaction

3b. SMQ2

a. Search for any Queues with the Pattern 004 ( ex: MMW_RR_RR004004000)

Hi Victor,

Please modify this image:

http://img183.imageshack.us/my.php?image=snap79vb7.jpg.

Replace *004 with * and click on enter.

Send us a snapshot if there is any entry in the smq2.

2. if there is no entry in smq2 , please try this.

deactivate the rule in distribution rule administration.

activate the rule in distribution rule administration.

after 2) , check the meta data monitoring for distribution model.

if it is still having 0 entries . please raise a ticket or open a connection to your system .

Hi,

i haven´t queue in smq2...

I deactivate the rule and activate the rule, but.. continue with the same.

what do you mean with: "how the middleware system was setup?"

Lot of thanks,

PS: I have data in the rest of Data Object except in the one...

Hi Victor,

Are you sure , there is no entry in the smq2?

Example of System Setup for Sp04:

1. install sp01 kernel -> apply sp02 + notes -> apply sp03 +notes -> apply sp04 +notes

2. install sp04 system directly + apply the necessary notes for sp04.

This is what I mean, how the system was setup.

At this point, it will only be convenient for us to resolve the issue if you can open a connection.

Surely something is missing here!

d. Change teh Tab to Distribution Model.

Hi Victor,

Please answer these queries...

1. What is the Category of the Data Objects which has Data in CDS?.

2. Which Data Object has Rule(s) Written for?

3. Are Rules Enabled?.

4. Does your Logical Device contain the Corresponding MCD and/or DM SWCV Assigned to it?.

Basically, More detailed..your steps are.. more easy for us to point out the issue.

All my Data Object are import BAPI Wrapper as Data Object, so, all data object are standard.

My rule is bulk rule to all.

The rule is activate.

I have import MBO Model from Mobile DOE into the projects in the NWDS, because i use a NW04s MI application.

Hi,

Please check if the DMSWCV been assigned to your device.

Next step is to activate the rule in the portal.

Then please trigger extract for your device in the portal

Check if data is present in the outbound queue and then sync.

Go to the NW Mobile Admin portal, and search for your device in device administration. Clicking on the device name will take you to the device status view. There, if there are pending instances to be extracted to your device, you will see a status message "There are pending instances to be extracted", and also an option to "Trigger Extract". When you do this, the data comes to the outbound queue of your device.

You can then check if the same is available in the outbound queue by clicking on 'View Outbound Queue details'. If there are no instances to be extracted, you will see a status message for that also, which means you will not get any data in your device.

Hi,

Additionally check the following for the device:

Check 'Distribution Model Software COmponent Version (DMSWCV)' tab in the details section of your device. (Go to Device Administration -> Search for the Device -> Select the device -> Click on DMSWCV tab)

The DM SWCV must be assigned, and it must be operational (The checkbox in the Operational column must be checked). If the DM SWCV is not operational, even on triggering extract, you will not get the data in the outbound queue.

For the DMSWCV to be operational,

- The Mobile COmponent (application) must be successfully installed in the device (this can be checked by seeing the Mobile COmponents tab of the device)

OR

- You should have directly assigned the DMSWCV to the device (using Manage DMSWCV link in Device Management screen).
