Trying to execute an automatic data transfer from SLD to Solution Manager 3.2 with transaction SMSY_SETUP, I have recieved the update log message:
The SLD server connection is inactive
Message no. SCDT_LIS_IF011
SLD Connection Test displayed:
No business system maintained in SLD
--> check data integrity within the SLD
We customized transactions SLDAPICUST,LCRSERVADDR, SMSY_SETUP->Edit->expert setting as requested in SAP documentation and definied technical, system and business landscapes in SLD (SLD server log: no errors found).
Some suggestions how to fix it?
Check this note 757204
Hope it will help.

OK, try this
in SMSY_SETUP --> Edit --> Expert Setting
Write Data Back into SLD
SLD Host <hostname>
Namespace in SLD sld/active
SLD Server Port 5??00
Passwort SLD <password>
SLD User XIAPPLUSER
And then schedule the data update again.
If you cannot find the Password SLD field follow the OSS note 757204 report YKSLDPW.
Report YKSLDPW.
TABLES SMSY_OPTIONS.
SMSY_OPTIONS-SYS_OPTION = 'SLD_PW'.
SMSY_OPTIONS-VALUE = 'Ihr SLD_PW'.
SMSY_OPTIONS-VISIBLE = 'X'.
SMSY_OPTIONS-EDITABLE = 'X'.
Modify SMSY_OPTIONS.

Hi Martin,
Check your SAPSLDAPI RFC node in SM59
Type: T
Registered Server Program ID: SAPSLDAPI_<SID>
Gateway host: <SLD server>
Gateway service: <SAP gateway port, i.e. 33??>
And you SLDAPICUST config.
Must use full DNS name for the hostname, i.e. hostname + domain.
Please post your SLDCHECK if its still error

Hallo Martin,
the error message says there are no business systems in your SLD. if your SolMan is connected to the SLD at least the SolMan should have its own business system within the SLD. This is not created by the SLD data supplier but needs to be created manually after the (automatical) creation of the technical system.
After that the check should at least go a bit further
best regards
Christine
Hello Christine,
due to the fact that we (up to now) have no need for a business landscape, we created one manualy to test if the check would get a bit further then.
We created a business landscape with the following settings:
Technical System: Web AS ABAP
System: <solution manager>
Business System Role: Application System
Related Integration Server: (no integration server defined)
Testing the Connection wit SLDCHECK we got this error message:
23.11.2005 Exchange Infrastructure: SLD Connection Test 1

Thank you Maine for your helpful advices.
I read OSS Note 757204 and checked the support packages... they are already implemented in our system.
We still do not know how to solve the problem.
