I would like to know through which ref document they have created returns.

Order -deliverypgibilling

When they take goods return I would like know with ref which document they have taken return.

They created return order I am confusing they have taken with ref to sales doc or delivery or billing.

I would like to know through which ref document they have created returns.

Where can I see this one?

i know document flow but i am confusing whether they taken with ref sales doc or billing doc ref .

hello,

go to doc.flow there u can see the number and the corresponding description whether its a billing doc or delv.doc.

Hi Aditya,

First of all I would like to clarify one thing.

Returns sales order can be created with reference or with out reference.

Genereally Returns order will be created with reference to sales order or invoice document no.

The reference document no can be seen in the document flow of the return document.

Goto VOV8 and check for your return document type, where u will find reference mandatory.

You can also check the document flow of the returns document to get the reference document.

Hi

Check in VBFA table by entering the followon document as the returns order no to get the preceeding doc.

Hi, Please go to workflow of the return order to check if you can view which documents serves as a ref.
