Hi

You can configure the Delivery tollerance limits specific to that customer in the corresponding Customer Master Data of that customer.

If the tollerance limits changes for material to material for that same customer, you can specify that in the Customer Material Information Records(CMIR), which will have priority over the CMR.

Configuring the CMR or CMIR will not stop the system to create delivery beyond the limits. You have to configure the systems reaction if Over or Under Delivery takes place. You can configure this functionality in the Delivery Item Category.

Thanks,

Hi,

Underdelivery Tolerance Limit"&"overdelivery Tolerance Limit" and "unlimited Tolerance are calculated on the basis of order quantity and specific to the customer.

You can provide any percentage value for Underdelivery Tolerance Limit and / or overdelivery Tolerance Limit in Customer master data - sales area data - shipping tab (Partial Deliveries) .

These are the limits which indicates how much the order quantity can be underdeliver or overdeliver.

In other hand, Unlimited Tolerance indicates no limits for underdelivery and overdelivery quantity.

I hope this will sort out the issue. Any Rewards.

Hi !

You can define it in the customer master record or in the sales order against the line item.

System will give only warning message if underdelivery tolerance ( in %)is not reached.

However if overdlivery tolerance is exceeded system will stop delivery.

hi,

maintain the values in the CMR..you have to configure the system's reaction to that over delivery - either warning or error message.

You can configure this in the DELIVERY ITEM CATEGORY.
