Basis Component: SP Level 10 - 14: Long Duration of SP Application

I was wondering if anyone else encountered a very long runtime for the SP Application for the Basis Component (SAPKB700xx) level 10 - 14, especially in the import phase? Furthermore, i was wondering if anyone have ideas why it ran for so long? I would like to find out the root cause why this occurred since this is the first time that we have encountered this scenario. I think almost 40 hours per level ran just to finish the import phase. Only the basis level 13 ran below 15 hours. But still, the runtime is very different than that of all my previous OCS patch applications.

We have the same issue.

Did it install correctly after the long run time?

Hi,

It seems that you have a problem.

I just applied SP on a CRM 2007 system and it took 3 hours to apply ABAP and BASIS from 12 to 15. (queue 13 - 15).

The BBPCRM SP2 is in an other category : this single one took 8 hours !

Check, your transport host for network problems.
