Early Watch for Java Systems

Hello

I have set up Early Watch witihin Solution Manager for all my ABAP systems. Now I want to do the same for JAVA systems. I see in the IMG that it requires Willy Interscope.. Isnt that an additional license for? Someone have some more detailed documentation to provide?

My whole landscape is nw200s with SP12.
