Hi Gurus,

1. How can i save Output document on to users computer?

2. How can i take print out for list of invoices at a time which are already created?

3. How can i save already generated output document in SAP, so that i can retrieve the same later based on document number?

Hi,

Their is no specific configuration to be done regarding the PDF conversion.

Just execute program RSTXPDFT4 from T.code SE38 and enter the spool request number and the required path on your desktop.

The required output will be saved in PDF format.

Hi archan,

You can take the print out for list of invoices at a time by using the T-code VF31.

And to create the output into invoice formate follow the below mentioned points .

1) Create Invoice document and maintain output for the same.

2) While you issue output to the printer the spool will get generated.

3) Then go the T-code SE38 and give the program name as RSTXPDFT4 and execute.

4) In the screen enter the spool number and maintain the location to save the file then execute.

u can convert the Output to PDF format and u can save it on ur system and also take print out it.

hi

i will give how to convert "Purchase order output" to PDF format.... So u can try with this.....

Convert PO to PDF

Go to ME22N>Messages>select outputNEU>Communication Methos> Give printername, Do not select the option "Print immediately". Give some name in "Spool request Name" field. Save the PO. Then go to ME9F, give the PO number>F8>select PO & Trial printout(Note:print wont come out). Then go to SP01 & F8(Execute). You will get the spool no for your PO.

*Once the spool request number is known*

Go to SE38.

Give the program name: RSTXPDF4 or RSTXPDFT4

Execute.

Give the spool number & execute.

The PO will be converted into PDF format.
