Hi Vaideeson,

I would recommend to start with the various available sources, which is:

[Official SAP Web Site|http://www.sap.com/industries/retail/index.epx]

Here you find information material on the big picture and the solutions SAP offers. This repository covers the topics more from a business perspective, the target group is more the C-Level and Project Leads.

[Help Portal|http://help.sap.com/ ]

If you are interested in the technical parts, I recommend to go there and then choose "SAP for Industries" and then "SAP for Retail". You'll find information about the products itself.

[Support Portal|https://websmp202.sap-ag.de/~form/sapnet?_SCENARIO=01100035870000000202&_SHORTKEY=00200797470000066296&]

Another good repository for the technical topics is the SAP Support Portal for the installation and upgrade guides. (but this is not a public space it is restricted for customers and partners)

[SAP Service Marketplace|https://websmp205.sap-ag.de/~form/sapnet?_SHORTKEY=01100035870000597679&]

Here you'll find Information how to configure the systems for certain scenarios and the security guides. The Service Marketplace is also restricted to customers and partners.

But even if you do not have access to the restricted areas I believe, that the public spaces give you a lot of useful information.

Regards,

Heike
