Hi Sudhir,
ADS(Adobe Document Services) is nothing but a web service. To take use of Adobe interactive forms in webdynpro we have to deploy this web service on the WAS server. This web service handles all the requests for generating adobe forms or extracting data from adobe forms.
For that, You need to download ADS from service marketplace and need to install on your WAS server. It will deploy this web service on server. And does neccesary changes. then you need to perform certain steps to configure it. You can find the configuration guide from service market place.

Hi there,
We have a business requirement to automate the order processing (salesorders sent by Fax).
There could be possibly many templates used by different customers.. Typically one per each customer.
Is it possible to read the Fax document and map into SAP correctly ? If yes, will Adobe interface can accomdate multiple templates (can we maintain one template by each customer) and translate them into consistent data mapping into SAP .
your response is highly appreciated

Hi Joe,
obviously, if you use the Interactive Forms solution, you would not work with faxes any more.
You would basically replace the fax communication with an interactive PDF form (with or without a direct connection to your backend system), in which the customer enters the required information and then hits a Submit button to place the data in the system and trigger subsequent steps.
The mapping between the fields on the PDF form and the corresponding backend fields is created when you design your process and form. This ensures that you always have the right information in the right place.
You can support as many form templates as you need, but for reasons of maintenance (for you, as you create the process) and license cost (in the case of custom interactive forms), you may want to limit the variety of templates.
Have a look at this page, too http://sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/adobeforms
Kind regards,
