Hi experts,
when I am clicking the alert inbox and alert configuration link in RWT, I am getting the following error instead of getting the relavent pages.
404 Not Found
SAP J2EE Engine/7.00
The requested resource does not exist.
Details: Go to main page of this application!
Where should I start looking?

Hi Sabbir,
Before clicking on the Alert Inbox and Alert configuration, Go to SICF transaction and check that your Alert Service are Activiated.
You will find alert service at
Default Host --> SAP --> bc --> bsp --> sap --> alertinbox.
Also for using the alert you have to use full host name.

Also from your SICF transaction right click on AlertInbox service and click on "Test Service" and check that whether its working or not?
