Hi,

One customer can be maintained for different CCA in FD32 master data.

In FD32 , a customer is assigned credit limit across all CC areas and maximum limit for each CCA.

First decide why you want to restrict sales by 2 credit control areas,

what is the purpose?

if you want to resrict the customer based on product group wise ( eg:ur company is dealing with software/hardware products & want to restrict saels based on product wise)

all software products in one division & the hardware prod's other division. Then sales area will be 2 ( assuming therez only one sales org & one dist channel)

- in IMG - assign sales area to credit control area

sales area1- cr control area1

sales area2- cr control area2

(*dont assign CrCA to Comp Code)

-Create CMR in 2 sales areas- assign the cr CA in respective sales area view- billing tab.

-Create Customer Credit Master Data-FD32.

Now you can restrict the customer sales in multiple credit control areas.

*Hope it clears

When you create the credit mngt related masterdata in FD32, you can give the credit control area and create the masterdata accordingly. M.Data created for one CCA will not be applicable for another CCA in this way.

Dear Rajendra,

The credir control area will be assigned to the sales area so there will not be any direct link with the customer.

Through sales area credit control area will link to the customer so if you maintain one customer in all the sales areas and if you maintain the different credit control areas in those sales area then the different credit control areas will be applicable to one customer.

I hope it will make you clear

Murali.
