enabling 'change' function in transactions VT02N and VT03N

Dear All,

We need to see the changes done to a shipment directly through transaction VT02N and VT03N.

We updated the settings for tables VTTP and VTTK from SE11 and after that we are able to see the change logs through report RSTBHIST. We need to see the same logs through VT02N/VT03N using the 'changes' function ... Environment -> Changes.

Please provide inputs with regard to enabling the same.

Hi Emily,

RSTBHIST will show the table level changes while the environ,mment-->changes part will show you comprehensive changes made to the shipment cumilatively for all involved tables. But this informamtion should more comprehensive. I don't understand what issues you are facing with that.

Hi Ruchit,

Currently we are not able to veiw any of the changes done to a shipment through Environment --> Changes.

We need to enable it. The SAP version is 4.6C for this system.

This is starnge but can you tell me :

1. The client number (the 3 digit number) in which you are checking this.

2. The value of profile parameter rec/client. Please check RZ11.

Should the Dflt value be On?

But with the current settings, we are able to view change logs though the Environment-->Changes in transactions VA02, VA03, VL02N, VL03N etc.
