Pricing Configuraion

Hi ,

Please provide detailed pricing configuration with example i dont have any prcing config experience so please provide the configuration in detail with a scenario or example.

I am looking for an example like when a sales order is created how the pricing is determined and whats the configuration involved behind this else provide me a example that clearly explain how pricing configuration is to be done.
