Hi all,
We've done accounting integration of cProjects 4.0 with ERP 4.6C using Internal Orders.
We're unable to see anything in 'Costing' tab under Accounting. The warning message we get is :
'No Costing data exists'
Does cProjects 4.0 support this feature with 4.6C at the backend?
Please suggest.
Regards,
Vivek Pandey
Hi Vivek,
Yes, the integration of cProj 4.0 with internal order is supported.
Beside the customizing settings mentioned above, please make sure, that there are costing relevant data are maintained in the cProject side, typically the working hours and rates, which are used for the calculation.
It is reommend to take a look at the Guides ( in the Q&A for cProject in Wiki), if any Plug-In has to be installed.
Kind regards,
Zhenbo

Hi
In this case make sure you have entries for Int Order type as $CPR
If it is not thr then may be you need to copy from base client.
Also make sure in PPOME you have done assignment to cost centers based on company code or controlling area.

Hi Vivek ,
You can do Single level controlling ( creation of internal order ) with cproject 4.00 and r/3 4.6c .
What setting you have made in R/3
IS Same as mention.

Costing Variant: PCO2 Internal order
Costing Sheet: A00005 Standard/Order Type
Overhead key: SAP1 Overhead key 1
Results Analysis Key: 000001 Results Analysis (Int. Orders/Proj
Settlement profile: 20 Overhead costs
Strategy Seq.: SAPCRM CRM-CO Integration
Object Class: Profit Analysis
Functional Area: 0001 Functional area 0001
Under Define Controlling Scenario:
Project Type: *
Controlling Scenario: CPR1
Det. BAdI is not checked.
It must be same
Controlling Scenario: CPR1 Controlling Scenario for cProjects
Costing Variant: PCO2 Internal order
other setting as per you requirement.
