Has anybody an idea how can I upload a file in a running webservice to the agate of the its ?
Thank you Amara for your Idea. I think the problem is a little bit different.
While shopping in the online-store (its based, modified from standard) the user should be able to upload an excel file to attach the shopping-basket. It's not a really mime-upload.

I think the mime-upload is on the right track.
What I would do is to provide an upload functionality for an Excel file in a format agreed with the customers, let customers upload it within the shopping basket )or as a seperate menu item) - and then trigger a take-on program as soon as the item is uploaded.
Kind regards,
Michael
