Pricing problem

HI SAP Masters,

Problem description :

In an Order, for particular line item, i find that the usance charge condition type value, when added manually, is not being considered for total price calculation. For rest of the items, that' fine.

For eg.

Gross price + usance charge (manual condition) = Total price

100 + 20 = 100 - Value 20 doesn't get picked up

Please, advise.

Please Check the Pricing procedure (T.Code: V/08). Ensure that From & To for the same are maintained correctly to do the addition.

First question: Is this a recurring problem?

If yes, you need to check if this condition type has been marked as statistical in the pricing procedure (V/08). If yes, then remove this and check again.

Hi,

This is not a recurring problem. One of the kind. The same order refreshed in QA client has no such problem. The config. is same in Prod. and QA.

Is it because, user had tried entering various values repeatedly, changing, updating prices for the manual condition?

please check the from and to steps in the pricing procedure so that the subtotla includes this condition type.

Condition is maintained properly. For other line items in the Order, same works fine.
