Notification Type change

Dear Experts,

Can we change the Notification Type after the Notification has been created. Any method ??

Dear Experts,

Do we have any solution, if production Dptt don't care about NOTIFICATION TYPE while generating Maintenance Notification, and also notification type is not editable.It effects lot of reports like MTTR/MTBR, other Z-Reports........ Do we have any solution for this??

Do suggest....

hi

it is a mamual problem which is solved by giving proper training.Explain the consequences to the production dept about the importanace of report and their impact.

you cannot change the notification type after creating using iw21,if you have created using IQS21 then it is possible provided you have made the IMG settings Allowed Change of Notification Type

it is basically used in simplified notification processing which is used very occassionly with minium inputs
