SAP / DMS integration to Lotus Notes document approval process.

Hi colleagues:

I do have a big problem in here concerning to the process of uploading into SAP/DMS documents approved thought Lotus Notes workflow. It happens we have to extract the document file (DOC, PDF….) from Lotus Notes after the approval process, download the approved file to a local/sever drive in order to upload that to the DMS.

I need to figure out how to integrate SAP/DMS and Lotus Notes such as to have the data file available to DMS by the time a document is created.

<b>Does someone know how to do that?</b>
