md04 transaction

I have created a sales order and when i go to MD04 it is not showing any order created it just shows available qty as 0.

Please help me in this regard

Hi Raghu,

U can view ur stock overview using Tcode MMBE. Here u can view more detailed.

I understood that but when i work on MD04 i see nothing...where can i see the order i just raised in MD04...?

Dear raghu ram

Go to material master MRP3 view and see what strategy group is maintained there. Make a note of it and go to OVZG, select the requirement class (what you saw in MRP3 view) and ensure that tick mark is there under the tab "Rq". I presume, in your case, it is missing and hence, not flowing in MD04.

Hi raghu

In MD04 , you can view stock like how much qty is ordered , if it is 0 then the matrial available must be 0 in your storage loc.

now once you create stock , in MB1C with 561 movement type.

and nw run the backorders processing (V_RA) and confirm the stock .

Now you go to MD04 and check ordered qty will be triggering

i advice you to check the plant in MD04 for which you want to see the req.

In MD04 you can view the requirements against sales order - only for Individual Requirements. You cannot see that for Collective Requirements.

In md04 u can only see after the delivery(VL01n)...

To see the sale order u have created use TC VA05..here u can find list of sales order for a customer or material or both...

Hi Raghu,

Use Tcode CO09 enter details like material, Plant, MRP area, Checking rule and sales order number and line item like 10.
