Data Getting stucked in queue wid error no. SR053

Hi Champs,

Getting a issue in APO production environment

CIF is blocked with more than 17,000 records related to Sales orders,

POs and stock transactional data.

If we go to smq2 transaction and click on the record CFFCCC231KX-

FA77D, try to activate this record it gives an error message:

Inventory ManagemntSetup Connection to livecache Failed (Error message

No. SR053)

Even after rebooting the livecache, it didnt resolve this issue.

Will appreciate your quick help

Hi,

Usually this message occurs for when system is trying to update Table/Structure in APO but couldn't find it.

For more understanding can you given details of error message ( Go to APO transaction /sapapo/cq)

and if you have implemented post processing then also please check error log from transaction /sapapo/cpp1.

Hi,

Apart from Samir's recommendations, which should fix the issue - you could also try the Correction Report for Delivery and Sales Order Requirements (/SAPAPO/SDRQCR21).
