Dear Expert,

I have problem with SSO implementation on my SAP Server. I decided to use SSO using NTLM in my landscape. But when I tried to log on, I experienced error. I trace the dev file and found error below:

*ERROR => SncPEstablishContext()==SNCERR_GSSAPI [sncxxall.c 3352] *

GSS-API(maj): Miscellaneous Failure

GSS-API(min): The logon attempt failed

Unable to establish the security context

SncProcessInput()==SNCERR_GSSAPI

ERROR => ThSncIn: SncProcessInput (SNCERR_GSSAPI) [thxxsnc.c 976]

ERROR => ThSncIn: SncProcessInput [thxxsnc.c 981]

in_ThErrHandle: 1

ERROR => ThSncIn: SncProcessInput (step 4, th_errno 44, action 1, level 1) [thxxhead.c 10283]

I try to investigate and found that a mount ago, my colleague installed Saprouter using sapcryptolib(in different server). Should this be the problem? and How to combine this two system (NTML/Kerberos and SAPCryptolib)

Can you give me a guidance to solve this problem?

Regards,

Mikael

You need to exchange the certifcates. From R/3 --> tcode : Strustsso2 --> more details in help.sap.com

From other system, check the vendor help

once you exchange the certificates properly, then the system will be able to trust each other.
