"error status 0020 of the user interface SAPMSYST"missing during import package SAPKB70011 on Solution Manager 4.0 when logon

And short dump with the sintax error

Error analysis

The following syntax error was found in the program SAPLSEUF :

Now my system not accessible with SAPGUI.
