Hi,
Our Client is using CRM 5.0 with ISU 4.72. In CRM Quotatio is created by user . Then CRM contract gets created by user. After that replication haapens to ISU and on succesful replication it creates ISU contract.
How ever user is chaging the System Status by mistake.
They should only change USER STATUS not SYSTEM STATTUS.
Can we disable the option of chaging SYSTEM STATUS
by user.
They should only be allowed to Change USE STAUS.

Hi Tarun,
The status line in any transaction (for ex. CRM quotation) displays the user status if a status profile exists; otherwise, the status line displays the system status.in the header information.
Please ensure that a status profile for user status exists and is assigned to the transaction (ex. CRM quotation) in the following path:
IMG->Customer Relationship Management->Transactions->Basic Settings->Define Transaction Types
Here select your transaction type (for ex. AG - Quotation) and goto details and assign the defined status profile for the user status.

Thanks a lot for your suggestion.
Yes there is a status profile for CRM contrat. Accordingl the user status are coming . But the requirement is to DISABLE the system status which is also coming there.
I am getting both the status USER STATUS & SYSTEM STATUS in my quotation/Contract.
Please suggest.

Hi,
If you want remove the list of system statuses you can use the View CRMV_STATUS_PROC (See in transaction SM30).
Please delete the entries for the system statuses that you do not want to show on the UI.
Please remember that removing these entries means that the system statuses will not be shown for any transaction type.

Thanks for your response.
Requirement is to display the list but in disabled form so that
no one can change the status.
It cannot be removed because this status gives information about replication status as well.
Example - Replication completed.
Replication has errors.
Etc etc.
Therfore please suggest how can I keep it availble in display mode only.

hi
do one thing ,ask your basis guy to create a new role which will have authorisation to mainatin the system check and all other users will have the display right only,
this way using authorisation check you can always do that,
but remember check can only be placed on multiple statuses not the single status,
just maintain the status profile and there in lie your check which will disable the change in system status,
