Hi everybody,
I made a mistake when typing in the namespace. Now I want to delete the namespace.
When I try to delete and save the deletion I get an error, that there are still objects in the namespace.
The objects are the generated datatypes:
- ExchangeFaultDate
- Exchange LogData
But if I try to delete and active this two objects I get another error:
"The predefined datatype can only be deleted if the namespace will be removed from the SWC"
Is there a workaround?
Thanks Regards Mario
hi,
Did you delete ExchangeFault and Log Data from the DataTypes. First you delete these ( automatically generated). Then go to SWCV and Delete by selecting the namespace.
You could take a look at this too..

Hi Mario,
Why to delete the namespace.
if the two checkbox, Objects are original objects and Objects are modifiable are checked.
And you have the rights to make changes in the SWCV, just double click on the namespace and rename it as you like.
PS: i hope you haven't created any objects in it, if you have just delete those that you created.
Thanks,
Varun

Hi,
First delete the all Objects Except
ExchangeFaultDate
Exchange LogData
And now activate it.
Now Delete those two mentioned above & Activate it.
Now try to delete the namespace

Easy.
First Delete datatypes, then delete namespace and activate the whole thing in one go.
Kind regards
