Dear all,

Following to our business process, an employee is responsible for a group of customers.

Our client want to see employee wise quotations, relevant sales order, sales order value and Invoices in one report.

is there any standard report in SAP to suffice their requirement.

If not can we develop a query. if so, from which table we need to pick the data.

Please help me to resolve the issue, your suggestions will be highly appreciated.

thank you

Raghu Ram

In the header details of quotations, sales orders and invoices, there is an input field where you can give the name of the person who has created the same.

In your case, if you have maintained the above said field for all the documents, then there is a method to view all the sales orders, quotations etc related to one particular employee. Following method shows how you can see the list of all sales orders created by an employee:

T.Code: va05 (for seeing a list of sales orders)

In the new screen that appears, give all the input data. After this, click on the tab: "Further Selection Criteria". Check the option "Created by", and give the name/id of the employee. Click enter and the data will get saved. Now click enter on the main page in order to get the list of sales orders pertaining to that employee.

Similarly, you can get a list of invoices, quotations etc.

Hope this proves useful.

Please reward points if it helps.

Hi,

while creating sales order- employee numbe is mandatory?

if yes, then you can track the sales orders in Table VBPA-

by entering partner function.

if not, you will lose the track of records.
