WRP1-Replenishment run

Hi gurus

For an article in the Logistics Store View we have maintained Planning

type as "RP" and lot size "EX" we have defined re order point ,safety

stock and target stock.

while running the replenishment ,system is not considering the stock on

hand and the open oders .

The stock on hand and open order qunatites are not getting updated in the

WRPT table.

wat would be the issue.

Hi Kumar,

In RP type customization , if you chnage RP Procedure to "B" ( Re-order point based ) and then you will see additional screen in order to choose "Additional external requirements"

Hi Kumar,

The WRPT table will not be updated if the customers you are replenishing also exist as sites (MARC entries). In this case the stock will be in MARD/MBEW etc. Also you might want to set the availability check in the MARC record (store logistics view) to 01 or 02 to take open orders into account (within the next delivery leadtime).
