Solution SAP Solution Manager 4.0 is outdated. Please restart the solution

Hi

We have Solution Manager 4.0 SP15. We recieve the following message at login :

Solution SAP Solution Manager 4.0 is outdated. Please restart the solution setup then reload the landscape.

We have ran the setup multiple times and reloaded the landscape. The warning goes away and then returns at login again !

Question?

Has anyone got a proven procedure that works for this?

FYI ... we are doing the following:

http://machine:port/smd

Then Diagnostics Setup - Upgrader - Upgrade Now ... All successful.

Then .. Diagnostics Administration - Diagnostics System - Landscape Management - Refresh.

To fix this problem the easiest thing to do is get the Diagnostics Setup Guide ( SP13 ). In this guide it has all the steps required for refreshing/ running the upgrader.

The SP15 guide does not have this information. Why it was taken outof this guide I have no idea.
