representative division

Hello Gurus,

there are 3 division (00 , 01,02), I just want to use the same condition master data for these three divisions, how can I set representative division ?

Go to IMG-> SD-> Masterdata-> Define common divisions.

Here you define the divisions that common master data should apply to. The definition is valid within each sales organization.

for e.g. master data which is valid in division "00" also applies to divisions "01" and "02".

In this screen, you assign division 00 & 01 are common division & similarly division 00 & 02 are common divisions.

Hi,

There is a SPRO configuration to combine divisions and distribution channels for master data maintenance under Sales and Dist ---> Master Data.
