BI Installation

Hi All,

We have ECC 6.0 IDES running on our development server, now I need to Install BI 7.0

Just another quick question ?

Current Installation:

OS - 2003 Server

DB - MS SQL 2005

SAP ECC 6.0 (ERP 2005 SR2)

Solution Manager 4.0

Now I want to Install BI 7.0 IDES. Please let me know the pre-requisites and required information about this scenario ?

Answers are awaited, it quite urgent for me.

since you have already done ECC6 installation you can use same patforms like same DB and same OS

also as far asi know BI7 IDES is not available

Hi Check the note 1013702, which talks about BI 7.0 IDES, but unfortunately I am not having the 2 Export DVD's for that.

Note 1013702 talks about IDES BW 7.0 /SEM 6.0 but SAP SEM 6.0 Installation is part of SAP ERP 2005 in client 800

please let me know if i am wrong
