Invoice issue

Hi all,

i have an issue where the ''ship to party ''

should appear in the invoice layout but only one ''Ship to party''

doesnt appear.The ship to address stays Blank''.

Where should I check this ?

I repeat-Only this Ship to doesnt appear.........

Please help.

Hi luis

Check in the condition record for the output type which partner function has been assigned

For sales order - VV11 default partner function -SP

For billing - VV31 default partner function - PY

check the partner function

In my case the bill to party ,payer and ship to are different.....

And should appear the both

Hi luis

A sales order is given by the sold to party , so order output is issued to sold to party

a delivery note goes to ship to party

invoice will be received by payer

But your requirement is that all the partner functions(SH,PY,SP,BP) should appear in the out put

I think you need to integrate with the abap'er and write a routines and tht routine has to put in the output type data

Hi,

For this first we need to check for this ship to party whether they have maintained address data or not. If it is maintained then try to issue print out once again then check that if still it is not printing then please ask your abaper to debug the program. it may be bugfux also.

The problem is that this is working for all customers,exept for one-

My question is:Is it problem of Master DATA or ABAP program,

Can you give some more information?

1. Are you talking about a print of the Invoice?

2. You say "The ship to address stays Blank". Do you mean the address/city or the address in the ADRC table?

3. Does the invoice have multiple ship-to parties (perhaps many deliveries have been combined)?

4. Does this problem occur only for a specific ship-to party in different invoices?

From my understanding, one cause could be that you are billing many deliveries into one invoice. However, one of the deliveries has been missed (during invoicing) and so you do not see the ship-to party.

There is only one delivery and in printout should be present

the both-ship to and sold to.
