Hi,

We have a typical issue.

We have an inbound sales idoc (aggregated-WPUUMS01) posted on a particular date.

That idoc show status 53, Posted in Idoc list WE02/WE05.

But the same idoc in WPER is available in "To be processed".

It shows status 1 "ERRORS". The is no error message attached to that (only the status is ERROR)

The sales data has not updated R/3 tables.

But in WE02 it shows status 53.

What might be the cause for this error?

Hi

There may be following things missing

1) Need to maintained copy control for billing FP & order type OR with item category TATX & copying requirement 013-External trans.item

2) Check revenue account determination & check account assignment group for customer & material maintained in respective masters

this problem occur when your system process IDOC but due to some reason your session end go to SM12 and remove lock entry and process it with the hep of TCODE bd 87
