IDoc triggered frm R/3

Dear All,

When an Idoc is triggered frm R/3 it shows status red(error to port), yellow(still processing) or green(succesfuly port)..

as an eg. green..

Does it mean a confirmation as a color in status grp that the Idoc has reached to the destination port or simply when the Idoc succesfully comes out of R/3 the status grp become green..

Please suggest..

if u have status of idoc equal to 3 then it means idoc passed to port ok

In my case the status is showing green which means "succesfully port to ok" but the IDoc is not reached to XI..even wen the partner profile and ports are correctly maintained..

while the same IDoc is triggered from we19 again showing status green and comes to XI..

wat to do??

If the Idoc status is green then it means - 03 - Successful outbound transmission

Hi Pankaj ,

Make sure that the sender partner and receiver partner values corrrespond to the logical system names you have used in your partner profile in we20. Sender Partner Name should be your R3's logical system name, and Receiver Partnr Name should be the Logical System name for which you have created an Outybound Entry in We20.The Sender port and receiver port also should be be the ones created in We21 for XI, and SAP+"SYSID" for R3

) Check your PARTENER PROFILE settings ; is IDOC in outbound messages.

2) You may need to check Bussiness System given for Technical System for r3 and in ID check Adapter Specific Identifiers in OBJECTS ->Bussiness System->Service

Go to bd87 and trigger them. You can only trigger the idocs if they are in yellow color. If it is in red it is having an error.

So try to send the one which are in yellow error so that we can see whether it is reaching XI or not. If everything is OK then you should see the idoc in sxmb_moni.

Hey,

Go to SM58

if there are any messages then there is some error in execution.

Goto WE02.

Check the status of the IDOC.

Goto WE47.

TO decode the status code.

Also to check the status you can use BD87.

IDoc Statuses:

Successful Transmission:

• 03 - Successful outbound transmission

• 12 – Dispatch OK

IDoc being processed:

• 01 - IDoc created

• 30 - IDoc ready for dispatch (ALE service) (Program RSEOUT00 needs to be executed)

ALE Error Messages:

• 02 - Error passing data to port

• 04 - Error within control information on EDI subsystem

• 05 - Error during translation

• 25 - Processing despite syntax errors (outbound)

• 29 - Error in ALE service

• 32 - Resubmit edited intermediate document (DO NOT USE)

Syntax Error Messages:

• 26 - Error during syntax check of IDoc (outbound)Inbound ALE Status Codes

IDoc Processed Successfully:

• 50 - IDoc added

• 53 - Successful posting

IDoc ready for processing:

• 64 - IDoc ready to be passed to application. The IDoc will be passed to the application by program RBDAPP01.

Errors in IDoc Processing:

• 51 - Error - application document not posted

• 56 - IDoc with errors added (You should never see this error code)

• 60 - Error during syntax check of IDoc (inbound)

• 61 - Processing despite syntax error (inbound)

• 63 - Error passing IDoc to application

• 65 - Error in ALE service - indicates partner profiles are incorrect

• 69 - IDoc was edited
