I am new to SAP CRM, please tell me where can i find the

"Transaction Processing" documents related to configuration

and the step by step creating procedure.

Hi,

Please check the below path to configure the transaction types as per your business requirement

SPRO>Customer Relationship Management>Transactions

>Basic Settings>Define Transaction types,

There you can use the standard transaction type TA and check all the configured profiles and their importnace.
