Import failed - Change Management Service

Hi

Thanks for your quick responce.

I created new track 'YTEST' and added software components

'CUSTCRMPRJ, SAP-SHRAPP'

As per your suggestion, I have successfully imported 'SAP_JEE,SAP_BUILDT,SAP_JTECHS,SAP-CRMJAV,SAP-CRMWEB,SAP-SHRJAV,SAP-SHRWEB,

TEALEAF' from check-in to development.

Those are dependencies of CUSTCRMPRJ.

While importing the SAP-SHRAPP took long time and got error.

Hi,

you need first to set the buildspace in CBS with enabled processing requests, the input mode to OPEN, the output mode to ON

after that make sure that the queued requests is 0 and the dirty DC count is 0, than you can reimport from CMS without getting this problem

if the queued requests or dirty DC isn't zero, than search for a reason in CBS, may be bad DTR content, dead locked CBS... anything. fix it and then reimport the CMS entry

Hi,

The Reason import fails is because sometimes a parameter in CBS Output Pool Mode is changed to OFF from ON.

to resolve

Login to NWDI go to CBS and select the track you created and above the table view you will see 4 buttons, select the track and click on edit and change the option from OFF to ON.

and redeploy the activity.It should work.
