Error Code: EXCHANGE_PROFILE_ACCESS

My XI system sometimes gives the message below:

Error Code: EXCHANGE_PROFILE_ACCESS

When this error occurs message could not be tramsmitted.

After a few minutes, system operates normaly. If same message sent to XI system it process normaly.

What could be the root couse for this problem.

Hi Cemil,

This problem occurs when the XI Profile is an XML document that contains internal parameters of the Exchange Infrastructure. The profile is saved on the XI Integration Server and is accessed remotely by RFC. Troubleshooting is difficult in error scenarios without knowledge of the components involved.
