Incase of Airline Industry, the scope of SD is from the prospect as treating it as a Service Scenario. There will not be any Delivery as such.

Is it possible to map classical sales area( sales organisation,distribution channel & division) for airline industry as now a days air tickets are available even in shops(some kind of sub agencies) as well as online booking etc.
As well how we can generate sales report them from all those agents?
Who can be a customer master?
What will be material master?
How we can go for different prices & offers on ticketing?
Is it possible to map classical sales area( sales organisation,distribution channel & division) for airline industry as now a days air tickets are available even in shops(some kind of sub agencies) as well as online booking etc.
Distribution Centre can be mapped as Direct Booking, Agents & other such sources.
As well how we can generate sales report them from all those agents?
If Standard Reports does not meet the purpose, a development may be required based on Report requirement.
Who can be a customer master?
It will always be end customer as Customer Master (One Time Customer) & adents have to be mapped as say Forwarding Agents.
What will be material master?
Material Master can be a generic material.
How we can go for different prices & offers on ticketing?
Ideally Variant Configuration Pricing may be recommended as the proce will be based on several factors, for eg: Origin & Destination of Journey, Class, Ticket belonging to particular type say J, K, X, ... which may be price determining factor, Award Ticket, etc.
