How to modify the shopping cart approval email template

and I am not getting mail when my shopping cart got approved,. why?

Hello,

As an extension to the new program there is BAdI BBP_OFFLINE_APP_BADI,

which should be able to control the MAIL_CREATE method are available

for this purpose. Please check SAP note:- 934749 and 732828.

Please see the documentation for this BADI to fix your problem.
