It is in the SAP Solution Manager. SAP Solution Manager is mandatory for SRM 2007 installation. Do you have the SAP Solution Manager ?

Yes I have SolMan. I need the customization guide for the different scenarios in SRM.
After SolMan contents import, go to following transaction in the Solution Manager.
SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN - Create your implementation project like IMG project
SMSY - Connect Solution Manager server to SRM and/or ERP servers.
SOLAR01 - Define scenario scope
SOLAR02 - Configuration <- here you can look at config documents
