Whatever Open items cleared in TCode-J1INCHLN , all of these will come in TDS certificates.

For maintaining acknowledgment entries you need to define number ranges in customization.

Apply the notes 1046758 & 1070551 – Ask a technical consultant to do this

There is a table in SM30 (J_1IEWT_ACKN_N). In this table the acknowledgement number is updated for all the four quarters.
