Error in Trex Installation - Error Code 7218

Hi all,

I have been trying to install TREX on EP 6.0 SP12. I am done with configuring the nameserver, http server connections. But when I check the same on the portal (Sys Config-KM-TREX Monitor), it says the http server service is not available. The rest of the services are running fine.

Also, While installing I didn't mention any proxy settings for the Trex, since no proxy server is present in our landscape.

Please help.
