When i try to create a debit memo from debit memo request for one-time cuatomer it is showing an error " One time customer can not be billed with item category L2N " and so please give me the solution to solve the same
For one time customer u cant create Creadit or debit memo. If you want to create creditmemo for one time cutomer then u need to maintatn ship to, Bill to ..master data. Once u maintatiend then try to create debit memo..
Problem is only with the one time customer and for other customers its working fine.Item category is obsolutely fine and and billing relevance is also set to C.
-->Go to transaction VOV7 then select L2N itemcategory go in to details of that here you can find Billing Relevance field under Business data tab you check the entry in that field it should be'C'-Rference for-order related billing.
