The structure of a sales documents is

1. Header 2. Item 3. Schedule line.

the tables used are VBAK, VBAP and VBEP respectively.

There are couple of tables used in the entire sales process and for few tables for ur understanding-

Sales Header - VBAK

Sales Item - VBAP

VBPA, VBKD, VBUK, VBUP
