Hi Babu,

SAP Real Estate is new product from SAP.

RE divided into

1. Real Estate Classic

2. Flexible Real Estate

Real Estate classic was released in 4.6 version and Flexible Real estate came with 4.7 version.

As far RE classic is consider it deal with Lease-Out and Lease-In contract And in flexible Real Estate its only a contract but differentiated by Contract type.
