Career shift from HR to SAP HR

Dear Friends,

I am a B.Tech ( Computers and IT ) graduated in 2005.I have 2.6 yrs of HR, recruitment experience and currently working with a Telecom MNC.

I would like to shift to "SAP HR" as a fresher, and wold like to utilize my exp in management. Please suggest me if this a better option.

This is very good decision. You have bright future in SAP HR. SAP implementation companies are facing shortage of SAP HR resources. If you can do certification, you will have smooth entry in to the industry. Good luck.

Thanks a lot for your support.

Can you please let me know what all the companies are looking for SAP HR professionals..and a small query..I heard that almost all the MNCs have already implemented SAP HR systems..if that is the case how can there be a need for saphr professionals...still...and please let me know the scope of SAP HR when compared to other HRMS like Peoplesoft or Oracle HRMS..
