Hi
From where can we change the value of ICM parameter icm/wp_roll_timeout ? We tried RZ11 - but that only allows/shows the value of this parameter.
Is there any documentation that mentions where to change it and any post-change procedure needed for the change to reflect in the environment ?

hi,
there are two ways of changing the parameters.
1) from os level
2) from sap level.
1) from os level. go to instance profile and edit(or) create the parameter icm/wp_roll_timeout.
2)from sap level. goto rz10 and then enter the new value.
but according to sap it is better to edit the parameters from sap level only but now from the os level.
so i recommend to go for rz10.

Hello
You change the value of ICM parameter icm/wp_roll_timeout by RZ10.
You have to change this under Instance profile.
Note - You have to restart the Instance to take effect of the parameters value. Also check the parameters
