How to display the data in printer for Scripts thru Positioning of Col vals

Hi Guys,

Is ther anyway can we print he script Output by mentioning the positin becaus my problem is when i am ddisplaying the script output thru printer suppose there 5 columnd headings the values are getting printed ina Jig jag manner if there is no data for one of the column in in a row then the next column data is getting moved to the before column. i need to print the data in below each column if not data empty space must be left so can anybody tell me how to do?

hi,

to resolve the solution ...

--you first create a paragraph format in sap script form ..ie SE71

--In that paragraph format..select tab option ...

--create numbe of tabs which is equal to the number of columns you want to display in printer....

--- by creeating tabs you can specify the position

--now on the editor of the window mention the paragraph format where you are printing the records

-- I have shown below example of paragraph format...

-- I have paragraph format P6 and created 4 tabs in that..

-- in the main window where you printing records jus give to commas as shown below...

this will solve your problem...

P6   ,,&fs_employee-EMP_ID&,,&fs_employee-EMP_DOB&,, 
 =    &fs_employee-EMP_DOJ&,,&fs_employee-SALARY&
