Error while choosing materials from a catalog

Hi

I am trying to choose materials from a catalog in the shop transaction.

When I click/choose the catalog it gives me the following error

Business Server Page (BSP) error

Exception Class CX_FQDN

Error Name

Program CX_FQDN=======================CP

Include CX_FQDN=======================CM002

ABAP Class CX_FQDN

Method CHECK

Can anybody let me know what is to be done

Hi,

You need to set domain name for the server. I think you use only host name without domain. Please set "icm/host_name_full" = aaaa.bbb.ccc.ddd parameter in the system profile. Or contact your system admin to set the domain.
