Header Text in Sales Order

Hi Experts,

I have problem when i am creating the sales order i want to put some text in the Header Data.

But when i navigate through the menu go to--> Header --> Text, the moment i select that it is giving ABAP short Dup with errors "Exception condition "CNTL_ERROR" raised." , do you any one know how to fix this??

It is urgent can any one give a idea?

This sometimes happens after an upgrade. There are some SAP notes which address this problem:

1002664 FAQ: Text determination problems after upgrade

954372 Short dump when navigating to text screen (troubleshooting)

326668 Several errors in text maintenance --> WDTTREE

374518 Short dump during text processing 'WDTREE KEY ALREADY USED'

One of them should definitely help you solve the problem.

find out : why its happend?

take the help of Basis- its part of basis- i guess.

Hello Nikhilesh shenoy,

This is the original error i am getting we are using currently 4.6C i have checked all the OSS notes you have mentioned and the code as well it is already implemented. Still i am facing this problem can you suggest any more help on this.

If i navigate through the Go To-- > Header ---> Text then there is a dump is any idea what all i need to check?

Error Message

A RAISE statement in the program "SAPLOLEA " raised the exception

condition "CNTL_ERROR".

Since the exception was not intercepted by a superior program

in the hierarchy, processing was terminated.

Short description of exception condition:

For detailed documentation of the exception condition, use

Transaction SE37 (Function Library). You can take the called

function module from the display of active calls.

The termination occurred in the ABAP/4 program "SAPLOLEA " in

"AC_SYSTEM_FLUSH".

The main program was "SAPMV45A ".

The termination occurred in line 27

of the source code of program "LOLEAU02 " (when calling the editor 270).

This dump is caused by SAPGUI. Apply the SAPGUI's latest front end patch to your PC and check whether your problem is solved. I feel it should solve.
